BCEHL WEEKEND UPDATE - OCTOBER 11th-13th

Saanichton, B.C. - We're back with another busy weekend across the BCEHL! This week, teams in all four leagues are in action including a showcase in Richmond for the U17 league. Let's take a look at what to keep an eye on!

 

Female U18 AAA

In the lone Female U18 matchup of the week, the first-place Greater Vancouver Comets (6-0-0-0) host the fourth-place Fraser Valley Rush (2-2-0-0) in Burnaby.

U18 AAA

A full slate of action in the U18 league is highlighted by a battle between the best of the U18 league. The first-place Cariboo Courgars (5-0-0-1) and second-place Vancouver North East Chiefs (5-3-0-0) will hit the ice in a weekend series in Prince George.

U17 AAA

The first of two showcases of the season for the U17 league kicks off this weekend as all nine teams head to Richmond. On Saturday, the undefeated Okanagan Rockets (8-0-0-0) will aim to keep their perfect start going when they battle the fifth-place Vancouver North East Chiefs (4-3-0-1).

U15 AAA

The third-place Thompson Blazers (4-3-0-1) are up against the seventh-place Fraser Valley Thunderbirds (2-4-0-0) in Abbotsford and Mission. Meanwhile, the eighth-place Greater Vancouver Canadians (1-5-0-0) take on the sixth-place Valley West Giants (2-2-0-1) in Langley and Delta.
